Having grown up in Raheny and attended St. Paul’s College Raheny, Dr. Patton qualified from UCD in 1973. After a short period practicing in the south of England, he returned to Swords in 1975, practicing on the Main Street, Swords. The Practice was relocated to St. Brendan’s, Seatown West in 1980 where it has thrived and expanded since. He is a member of the Irish Dental Association.

Dr. Kennedy obtained a Bachelor in Dental Science from Trinity College Dublin. After qualifying, she spent one year in the Eastern Health Board, mostly providing primary dental care for children. Dr. Kennedy subsequently joined the team at Swords Dentist. She is a member of the Irish Faculty of Primary Dental Care, the Irish Dental Association, the Irish Society of Dentistry for Children and the Irish Society for Disability & Oral Health.

Dr. Mc Geary completed a Bachelor in Dental Science from Trinity College Dublin. She worked as a House Officer in Dublin Dental Hospital for one year before joining Swords Dentist in 1998. In 2004, Dr. Mc Geary was awarded Membership of the Faculty of Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. In 2012, she was awarded Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons in England. She is Past President of the Irish Dental Benevolent Society and Past Honorary Secretary of The Metropolitan Branch of The Irish Dental Association. Dr. Mc Geary is a founding member of the Irish Faculty of Primary Dental Care.

Sorcha qualified as a Dental Hygienist from the Dublin Dental School and Hospital, Trinity College in 1998. Since then, she has gained vast experience working in public health, specialist and general practices. She is committed to her patients and enjoys a professional relationship with them, while providing thorough treatment with patience and kindness. Sorcha served as an Editor of the Irish Dental Hygienist’s Association for three successful years and continues to attend seminars and conferences to retain a fresh perspective on new developments in dental and oral health.
